How to travel from Cartagena to Isla Grande
There are two transportation options. Rates and schedules are subject to change without notice.
Route 1: Cartagena to Isla Grande by boat
Daily departures from Cartagena between 8:30 and 9:00 am, with return from Isla Grande between 1:00 pm and 2:30 pm.

- Reference rate: 100,000 COP per person per trip.

Route 2: Cartagena to Baru by car and private boat
Private car from Cartagena to Baru, then private boat to Isla Grande through protected inland waters.
- Departure time is coordinated between 7:00 am and 2:00 pm.
- Land journey takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
- Boat journey from Baru to Isla Grande takes approximately 20 minutes.
- Reference rate: 260,000 COP per trip for one or two people.
- Additional people: 130,000 COP per person.
- Reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.
